About the Role
The Property Graduate is responsible for supporting the strategy and execution of acquiring, developing and maintaining a portfolio of restaurants. This two-year rotational program provides opportunities to develop designs, gain relevant planning approvals, perform property analyst functions and demographic studies.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop designs and gain relevant planning approval
* Perform property analyst functions and demographic studies
* Prepare Letters of Offers and contract reviews
* Manage financial feasibility
* Negotiate industry networking
* Prepare briefs and board packages for internal stakeholder approval
* Manage stakeholder relationships
* Assist in managing the tender process
* Administer contracts
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* A Bachelor's degree in Property, Construction or Engineering
* Relevant industry experience or qualifications in property, construction, law, planning, engineering or project management
* Exposure to portfolio/assessment management and design
* Curiosity and resilience with excellent decision-making skills
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
* Sound knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, advanced Excel, Microsoft Project and PowerPoint
