This position is ideal for an experienced Real Estate agent who is ready for the next stage of their career, someone who wants to be part of something larger and shift into a people development pathway.

You will be responsible for running the engine behind the regions fastest-growing Real Estate company. LOVE Property Group is expanding across Newcastle, Lake Macquarie, Hunter Valley and Port Stephens.

As our cadet development lead, you will take new and inexperienced recruits and transform them into confident, skilled prospectors who generate listing opportunities, PM leads and sales appointments. You will run our cadet program, deliver daily coaching and create a culture of performance and growth.


What You'll Do

* Train and coach cadets daily in calls, scripts, energy and confidence
* Run weekly training sessions, role-playing and live call shadowing
* Oversee prospecting systems that produce consistent listing and PM opportunities
* Co-ordinate door knocking, neighbourhood engagement and lead-generation activities/success marketing/letter box dropping campaigns
* Monitor KPIs, track results and provide performance feedback
* Create a high-energy culture that makes people want to win
* Help recruit and onboard new cadets into the program
* Work directly with the CEO and senior leadership to drive company growth
