* Provide up-to-date information on training, further education, and employment options to help clients achieve their career goals.
* Assist clients with job search strategies, resume development, interview preparation, and applications for work experience, apprenticeships, or traineeships.
* Case-manage clients where appropriate to support long-term outcomes.
* Liaise with local employers, industry groups, schools, and training providers to identify workforce needs and facilitate client opportunities.
* Work closely with TAFE and other JSC partners to deliver tailored services and programs to the local community.
* Maintain accurate records of service delivery using Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software and meet reporting targets.
* Foster collaboration among JSC staff and contracted service providers, ensuring effective referral and information-sharing processes.
* Represent the JSC and promote its services within the community and through stakeholder networks.

What You Will Bring

* Minimum Certificate IV in Career Development, or willingness to obtain within 12 months of commencement.
* A genuine desire to support and empower individuals in achieving their career, training, and employment goals.
* Strong understanding of regional labour markets, socio-economic challenges, and the employment and training landscape.
* Demonstrated ability to establish and maintain strong networks with employers, schools, training providers, and community stakeholders.
* Proven capacity to deliver high-quality, client-centred career and employment services across diverse cohorts.
* Sound knowledge of the training sector, labour market trends, and available career and education pathways.
* Excellent interpersonal, communication, and written skills, with the ability to engage effectively with clients and stakeholders.
