We are currently seeking two Service Repair Technicians to join our team in Jandakot, WA. The Service Repair Technician will effectively diagnose and repair returned product in accordance with the company manufacturer's warranty and ACCC regulations to support best in class customer experience. Reporting to the Milwaukee WA Service Manager, your key duties will include:
- Dismantling and reassembling product to make a diagnosis
- Delivering quality repairs within a timely manner
- Diagnose and troubleshoot faults in power tool products and equipment
- Review assembly requirement documentation
- Ensure product is working according to specifications outlined by the manufacturer
- Continuously improving the warranty and service processes looking for ways to streamline where possible
- Monitor repair trends and identify stock and spare parts requirements
- Ensure compliance with all Milwaukee WHS and company procedures
- Ensure your activities comply with relevant acts, legal demands and ethical standards
Skills and experience required:
- A strong technical/mechanical aptitude and keen interest in repairing electrical products
- Previous experience in a similar role or prior electrical/mechanical repair background would be advantageous
- Restricted electrical license or appliance electrical testing licence an advantage, but not essential
- A strong technical aptitude with problem solving skills
- Ability to work to set KPI's and self-manage time
- Excellent personal presentation and time management skills
- Strong interpersonal skills and computer skills
