Full Job Description Position: Site Manager Location: Perth, WA Salary: $200k Super About the Role: An opening is available for an experienced Site Manager to join a highly respected Tier 2 Contractor. This role is focused on the delivery of a $20m apartment project located conveniently close to the Domestic Airport. You will be responsible for the full site management of this multi-residential build, ensuring it is delivered to a high standard. This is a perfect role for a leader who enjoys the fast-paced nature of apartment construction and wants to work for a stable, reputable company with a strong pipeline of future work. Key Responsibilities: Manage the daily operations on-site to ensure the project stays on schedule. Coordinate all trades and suppliers to ensure a smooth workflow. Oversee the construction of a $20m multi-level apartment complex. Maintain a safe site by enforcing strict OHS standards and procedures. Conduct regular inspections to ensure all work meets project specifications. Liaise with project stakeholders to provide regular progress updates. What You'll Bring: A proven track record as a Site Manager on apartment or multi-residential projects. Previous experience working with reputable Tier 2 or mid-tier building contractors. Strong understanding of structural works, finishing trades, and site logistics. The ability to drive site teams and subcontractors to hit critical deadlines.
