Lead Educator Job Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Lead Educator to join our team in a toddler room setting. This role involves guiding and mentoring educators in early childhood settings, developing and implementing tailored educational programs, and fostering positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues.
About the Role
This is a challenging and rewarding opportunity for a passionate and creative individual who is committed to delivering high-quality education and care to young children. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Standard (NQS), as well as previous experience as a Lead Educator/Room Leader.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and implement tailored educational programs that meet the needs of children aged 6 weeks to 5 years.
* Guide and mentor educators in early childhood settings to ensure high-quality education and care is provided.
* Foster positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues through excellent communication skills.
Required Qualifications and Skills
* Diploma in Early Childhood Education (or equivalent/higher qualification recognized by ACECQA).
* Current and valid Working with Children's Check.
* First Aid certificate including training in asthma and anaphylaxis.
* Current and valid Australian Work Rights.
