Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Administrator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing administrative tasks in our Operations team and and assisting the Office Manager with ensuring the smooth running of the office. The Senior Administrator will work closely with other departments to ensure that all administrative tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
Responsibilities:
* Oversee and manage administrative tasks such as scheduling jobs (insurance repair work); customer service; managing incoming communications and data entry
* General operational assistance
* Assist the Office Manager with maintaining a professional and highly functional office
* Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
* Manage and maintain confidential information
* Provide support to other departments as needed
Qualifications:
* Must have Australian Work Rights
* Qualifications in Business Administration or related field preferred
* 5+ years of experience in an administrative role
* Experience in the construction industry will be highly regarded
* Strong organisational and time management skills
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Advanced technical skills
* Project management experience will be highly regarded
