As a Service Advisor you will be provided ongoing support and career progression opportunities.
About the role:
· Provided end to end support for customers in the Service department
· Providing customers with up to date information regarding their service booking and works
· As a team, ensuring customer experience results exceed the benchmark
· Ability to sell the benefits of the products and services
· Attention to detail whilst ensuring high-level accuracy
· Positively resolving any customer complaints or concerns
· Be able to enjoy an upbeat working environment
· Work as a team with other departments demonstrating a high level of professionalism
Successful Applicant's
A high level of personal commitment to providing an exceptional customer experience
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
· Outstanding attention to detail
· Current VIC Driver's license
· Eagerness to learn and up skill
· Current Police Check
