What You'll Be Doing
Drive growth by developing and executing strategic sales and territory plans.
Engage directly with customers and prospects through regular face-to-face interactions.
Achieve and exceed targets by analysing market trends and adjusting forecasts as needed.
Build strong partnerships with clients, suppliers, internal teams, and industry stakeholders.
Oversee equipment delivery and ensure smooth handovers to new owners.
Mentor and support team members and sales cadets to boost product knowledge and performance.

In-depth knowledge of the NSW market and its evolving dynamics.
