Description
To develop, implement, manage and evaluate ACN Higher Education Programs. The nurse educator will also be expected to facilitate learning across a variety of programs offered by ACN.
Responsibilities and Qualifications
* Registered Nurse (Division 1) with the NMBA At least five years of post-graduate experience
* Masters qualification in an area deemed relevant by ACN
* Knowledge and experience in educational planning, programming and evaluation
* Relevant teaching experience
* Effective interpersonal skills and ability to communicate at all levels
* Ability and willingness to work collaboratively with a diverse group of staff across educational and broader functions in a scholarly and cooperative environment
* Advanced computer skills in the use of Microsoft products (Outlook, Word and Excel) and other databases such as Moodle and Articulate
Desirable criteria
* Critical Care experience
* Post Graduate Education qualification
* Certificate IV TAE (Training and Assessment)
