About the Role
As a Senior Brand Manager, you will lead the strategic direction, performance, and growth of our Chupa Chups Brand. This is a highly commercial and strategic role where you will be responsible for developing long‐term brand plans, managing full P&L performance, and partnering closely with Brand Partners and cross‐functional teams to deliver against business objectives.
You will play a key role in driving brand growth, leading innovation, and ensuring strong execution across all marketing and commercial activities.
Key Responsibilities
P&L Management
* Own and manage the overall P&L for the brand portfolio
* Monitor financial performance and implement corrective actions where required
* Deliver results in line with gross margin targets after A&P investment
Commercial Planning
* Develop and execute annual brand and category plans aligned to long‐term growth objectives
* Define marketing strategies and tactical plans to achieve business goals
* Partner with Brand Partners and shopper marketing teams to deliver integrated programmes
Brand Partner Management
* Build and maintain strong, collaborative relationships with Brand Partners
* Lead Joint Business Plan (JBP) development and performance tracking
* Ensure clear, timely, and effective communication
* Oversee regular and ad hoc reporting, including MBRs, QBRs, and business reviews
Performance & Reporting
* Analyse weekly and monthly sales performance
* Provide insights and recommendations to optimise results
* Adjust strategies to ensure delivery of budget and JBP targets
Innovation & NPD
* Manage the innovation pipeline and execute new product launches
* Ensure packaging meets QA and legal compliance requirements in collaboration with stakeholders
A&P Management
* Manage and track Brand Partner‐funded marketing budgets
* Ensure effective and efficient investment of A&P spend
Demand Planning
* Lead monthly supply chain meetings with Brand Partners
* Contribute to the Integrated Business Planning (IBP) process
What You'll Bring
* 5+ years' experience in a similar FMCG marketing or brand role
* Strong commercial and financial acumen with P&L management experience
* Proven success in brand communications and campaign execution
* Demonstrated experience managing new product development and launches
* Strong stakeholder and relationship management skills
* People leadership experience with the ability to develop high‐performing teams
* Excellent communication and presentation skills
* Strong project management and execution capability
* Self‐motivated, proactive, and results‐driven
