Lead Educator Role
This role is responsible for promoting high-quality outcomes for children and families. Our philosophy centers around providing an environment that fosters curiosity-driven exploration, investigation, and understanding of the world.
We aim to cultivate compassionate, responsible, and harmonious approaches in learning by offering a comprehensive educational program. As a leader, your focus will be on mentoring and inspiring our team of Educators, enhancing their leadership potential.
You will provide curriculum direction and guidance to support educators in refining programs and reflective practice. This includes contributing 12 hours per week of studio support, paid professional development, and access to dedicated Educational Practice Advisers and centre support teams.
To succeed in this position, you will require a Diploma in Early Childhood Education or higher, prior experience in an Educational Leadership role, and strong coaching and mentoring abilities. You must also possess knowledge of approved learning frameworks and standards, particularly NQS 1, and experience in managing the cyclic aspects of an educational program.
