Aviation Safety and Quality Professional
The Role:
We are seeking an experienced Aviation Safety and Quality Professional to join our Canberra-based team. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting the Head of Safety and Quality with all aspects of safety management, including regulatory compliance, risk management, and quality assurance.
Key Responsibilities:
* Assist in the development and implementation of safety policies and procedures.
* Conduct thorough investigations into incidents and accidents, and provide recommendations for improvement.
* Maintain accurate records and update the safety database as required.
* Collaborate with stakeholders to minimize operational risks and improve overall safety performance.
Requirements:
* Proven experience in aviation safety and quality management.
* Strong understanding of regulatory requirements and industry standards.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
