We are a growing commercial electrical contractor delivering high-quality projects across Brisbane and surrounding areas. Due to continued growth, we are seeking an experienced Electrical Supervisor to join our team and lead crews on a range of commercial construction projects.

About the Role
As Electrical Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing commercial projects and managing teams of up to 8 electricians and apprentices. You will play a key role in ensuring project efficiency, compliance, and quality workmanship.
Key Responsibilities
* Supervise and coordinate teams of up to 8 electricians
* Oversee commercial construction electrical installations
* Ensure projects are delivered on time and within scope
* Maintain high safety and compliance standards
* Liaise with project managers, builders, and other trades
* Conduct site inspections and quality control checks
* Mentor and support apprentices and team members
About You
* Current QLD Electrical Licence (essential)
* Proven experience supervising teams (up to 8 personnel)
* Strong commercial construction background
* Excellent leadership and communication skills
* Strong understanding of safety and compliance requirements
* Ability to read and interpret plans and specifications
* Current driver's licence
