The Opportunity
This is not a "delivery driver with a sales title." This is a trueBusiness Development Managerrole.
You will:
* Drive new business across Gold Coast & Northern Rivers
* Grow and retain premium café and hospitality accounts already in your region
* Act as the face of ST. ALi for customers and events
* Partner closely with the National Sales Manager, State Manager, and the local team.
* Connect weekly with our Brisbane roastery for alignment, training, and all coffee-related fun.
You'll operate remotely, your car is your office but you'll never be alone. You'll be backed by a national team, marketing support, training resources, and a brand that opens doors.
What You'll Be Responsible For
Business Development
* Identify and convert premium café & hotel opportunities
* Target venues aligned with a high-end hospitality profile
* Own your pipeline and maintain CRM hygiene
* Consistently prospect and build long-term relationships
Account Management
* Maintain strong relationships with existing partners
* Provide training support in collaboration with our team
* Identify growth opportunities within current accounts
* Protect brand positioning and pricing integrity
Brand Representation
* Represent ST. ALi at local events and activations
* Be a cultural ambassador for the brand
* Maintain strong alignment with Brisbane roastery operations
Who We're Looking For

You are:
* Self-driven and comfortable working remotely
* Highly organised and disciplined with time
* Confident prospecting and opening new doors
* Relationship-focused, not transactional
* Proud to represent a premium brand
You bring:
* Experience in specialty coffee, hospitality, or premium FMCG sales
* Strong technical coffee knowledge (equipment, extraction, workflow)
* Confidence speaking with owners, chefs, operators and procurement
* A current driver's licence
* CRM experience (Pipedrive or similar is a bonus)
