The Role
With that in mind, we are looking for an Associate Producer to join the Insight team.
You will use your strong story-telling skills and a broad knowledge of current issues, national and international affairs to support a show Producer producing imaginative and compelling television.
This Level 2 role under SBS Australia's current Enterprise Agreement has a base salary range of $68,239 – $73,916 and is also entitled to additional overtime allowances.
Key Responsibilities
Contact, schedule, and pre-interview guests for studio forums.
Collaborate with the producer to prepare briefs and structure episodes.
Suggest and research tape stories for inclusion in studio discussions.
Assist the presenter with editorial and production matters alongside the producer.
Support and work with online producers to develop and promote digital content.
About You
A passion for finding remarkable Australian stories.
Understanding and experience with creating associated content for digital media.
An understanding of the SBS charter.
