Organic Digital Marketing Coach Full-Time, Salaried Coaching Role About the role:
You're an organic content expert who lives and breathes e-commerce. You've worked in-house or alongside product-based brands, building organic strategies that drive real sales. You've led Instagram and TikTok content plans, used Pinterest for product discovery, and turned ideas into viral moments.
You know how to brief and manage creators. You've built brand rep programs that get traction and drive revenue. You're a pro at turning content ideas into strategy and content calendars that convert.
You're confident on camera. Whether filming training modules, doing live walkthroughs, or jumping on stories to break down trends, you're clear, engaging, and inspiring. You know how to teach in a way that feels simple and actionable.
Most importantly, you genuinely care about helping female founders succeed. You're energised by their wins and ready to use your expertise to guide hundreds of women through their content growth journey.
The Opportunity:
This isn't a traditional coaching role. You'll be the voice of our organic strategy, shaping curriculum, creating content, showing up as one of our social media faces, and helping our members grow without ad spend.
If you've spent years crafting organic content strategies for D2C brands and you're ready to use that knowledge to empower hundreds of female founders, this is your moment.
What You'll Do:
Strategic Coaching: Deliver 1:1 and group coaching sessions focused on organic content, UGC, and brand rep strategies for product-based businesses
Content Creation: Appear on camera regularly across our social platforms and member training content, delivering tutorials, lives, and trends
Curriculum Development: Build out content modules, plug-and-play templates, brand rep programs, and creator hiring systems
Social Strategy: Help clients craft content calendars, leverage trends, and optimise their organic channels
Creator Campaigns: Teach members how to hire, brief, and measure success with UGC creators and influencers
Brand Rep Programs: Develop and support members in building rep systems that drive traffic and sales
Trend Monitoring: Keep a pulse on what's hot on TikTok, Instagram and Pinterest, and translate that into actionable insights for members
Visual & Copy Direction: Guide members on what visuals, copy, and hooks work right now—and why

What We're Looking For:
* E-commerce Experience: Minimum 3 years in organic content or social media marketing for product-based D2C brands
* Social Expertise: Deep understanding of Instagram and TikTok, with bonus points for Pinterest
* Creator & Rep Strategy: Proven success briefing creators, running UGC campaigns, and scaling through organic advocates
* On-Camera Confidence: You're happy to be seen, heard, and lead the way on social with clarity and energy
* Teaching Ability: You can simplify complex strategies and help brand owners take real action
* Trend Obsessed: You stay ahead of what's working and bring fresh ideas into the community
* Mission Alignment: You care deeply about helping female founders feel empowered and supported
* Full-Time Role: This is a full-time, salaried position with loads of room for growth
