An exciting opportunity exists to join our fun and friendly Subscriber Services team. The position is focused on inbound customer service contact and service based administrative tasks for our newspaper titles. The team's key focus is delivering outstanding and efficient service to our subscribers in a busy contact centre.
We are currently recruiting for a casual Subscriber Service Representative. Our operating hours are 7am to 4pm Monday - Friday, and 7am to 12pm weekends and public holidays. Weekend availability is a must for this position.
About you:
* You will have a proven track record in providing exceptional customer service in a call centre, retail or hospitality environment.
* You have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* You have a creative approach to problem solving and can think on your feet.

About the role:
* Your primary focus will be providing excellent service to our home delivery and digital subscribers.
* A typical day involves taking payments, processing holds, starting new subscriptions and working hard to overcome and assist with any complaints and cancellation requests.
* You'll ensure our customers are given clear and correct information every time.
* Your attention to detail and commitment to accuracy ensures that our CRM is well maintained and up to date.
