We are seeking Casual, Part-Time & Full-Time Supervisors with full availability to join our Beenleigh Drive-Thru Restaurant
Job Description
What does a Supervisor do?
* Opening and closing the restaurant
* Supervising employees including juniors
* Training and Development of all staff to achieve outstanding results
* Opening and/or closing store
* Training new employees
* Monitoring store performance and meeting KPI's
* Handling customer complaints and concerns
* Food Preparation including deep fryer/grill use
* Cash handling and register operation
* Cleaning and maintaining the store
Qualifications
The right candidate will have:
* A positive attitude and willingness to learn
* Great communication skills and ability to talk to customers
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
* Attention to detail and commitment to food safety and hygiene
* Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends and school holidays
* Prior experience in a fast-paced, fast food restaurant desirable but not essential

* Food Safety Certificate - I'm Alert Food Safety Course - FREE online
* Working rights - passport and visa grant for international workers
