About the role

Our Brisbane office has an exciting career opportunity in ourgrowing Commonwealth Government practice for a Lawyer with 1– 3 years' post admission experience.

You will be involved in work for a range of CommonwealthGovernment agencies, including providing advice in relation toadministrative decisions, reviews in the Administrative AppealsTribunal and various public law issues.

About you

You will be a detail-oriented lawyer, with exceptionalcommunication and drafting skills and good academic results.Experience in any of the following is preferred:
• providing advice on statutoryinterpretation.
• advising on administrative law matters.
• participating in merits review in theAdministrative Appeals Tribunal.
• dealing with commonwealth statutory schemes,particularly Comcare and NDIS.
