**The Responsibilities**:
- Manage the Brand of the Company and Projects.
- Develop strategic marketing initiatives and activities.
- Create branded advertising campaigns and manage the marketing and design consultancy teams.
- Set up tracking systems for marketing campaigns and online activities and competitor analysis.
- Conduct market research to identify marketing opportunities and negotiate media coverage.
- Traffic all advertising efforts to appropriate channels.
- Develop and manage key internal communication systems.
- Create, maintain and strengthen the organisation's overall brand through all media avenues.
- Providing leadership to the marketing design and process to delivery of key progress milestones.
- Maintain competitor analysis and report monthly.
- Management of webpages and social media content and analytics and reporting of use.
**Ideal Skills/Experience**:
- Degree in Marketing, Communications or related discipline and relevant industry experience
- 5+ years experience in residential land or master-planned communities.
- Communicate clearly and professionally with clients
- Manage your time efficiently, along with the ability to priorities work.
- Excellent Microsoft Office Suite of programs including word, outlook, PowerPoint, excel and project.
- High attention to detail.
- Knowledge of Content and or Customer Management Systems (CMS).
- Excellent knowledge of Online, Social Media and PR
