Dental Assistant / Receptionist – Wholistic Dentistry (Queanbeyan)

Wholistic Dentistry in Queanbeyan is seeking an experienced and reliable Dental Assistant / Receptionist to join our friendly and professional team.

About the Role
This is a dual role combining both clinical and front office responsibilities. You'll be an important part of ensuring our patients receive the highest standard of care and service.
Your key duties will include:
* Chairside dental assisting across a range of general and advanced procedures
* Reception duties including answering phones and emails, scheduling appointments, processing payments, and managing patient records
* Entering and maintaining accurate data in Dental4Windows (D4W) and Microsoft Excel
* Following established procedures and protocols to maintain consistency and quality across the practice
* Upholding infection control and sterilization standards
* Supporting the team to ensure smooth daily operations
About You
* Previous Dental assisting and Reception experience preferred
* Candidates with any level of dental reception experience will be considered
* Confident using Dental4Windows (D4W) and Microsoft Excel
* Basic knowledge of Dental4Windows software is preferred
* Strong attention to detail and ability to follow procedures accurately
* Reliable, organized, and accountable for your work
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
* A proactive team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn
* Australian work rights are required for this position
