THE ROLE
This role is rostered across Sunday to Thursday with varying shift times. By applying, you're confirming your availability to work across these days.
As a Department Supervisor, you will support the store management team by leading your department in providing exceptional customer service. You will be responsible for maintaining merchandising and visual standards, achieving sales results, and coaching your team to deliver great in‐store experiences.
* Model exceptional customer service, every customer, every time
* Support and guide the team to deliver exceptional service and a 'service over task' environment
* Actively gain, maintain and share product and brand knowledge for your department
* Support management to improve financial performance within your department
* Work with the back‐of‐house team to ensure product availability
* Uphold company standards and deliver store visual excellence
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
* 2‐3 years of experience within retail or a similar industry
* Passionate about delivering an amazing service experience for our customers
* Positive attitude with the capacity to create a motivating environment for your team
* Excellent time‐management skills to ensure daily priorities are executed promptly
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills, thriving in social situations with customers and team members
