Car Park Attendant Job Overview
This is a casual position available for individuals who enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and providing excellent customer service. The role involves operating car parks efficiently, ensuring a great customer experience for the large volume of customers who use them.
The ideal candidate will have previous customer service experience, preferably in retail environments, call centres or other customer-facing industries. They should also possess strong communication skills, be able to work independently and as part of a team, and have a full driver's licence with excellent driving skills.
Responsibilities:
* Operate car parks efficiently and provide a high level of customer service
* Work on a rotating roster including weekday and weekend shifts
* Report to the Car Park Manager and collaborate with other team members
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Previous customer service experience (ideally in retail environments, call centre operations, or other customer service industries)
* Genuine passion for providing excellent customer service
* Eligibility to work in Australia
* Full Driver's licence with excellent driving skills
* Be experienced working in a busy environment
* Be able to work independently and as part of a team
