Responsibilities
Ignite a love of learning in children and guide their development with purposeful and energetic teaching practices.
Build strong, meaningful relationships with families to ensure every child feels a sense of belonging and is supported to thrive.
Mentor and inspire educational practices in the room, collaborating with the centre leadership team to develop, review, and implement high-quality early learning programs and achieve outstanding outcomes for children.
As part of the role, contribute to shaping pedagogy and practice in the classroom, and bring passion and creativity to transform young lives and enrich teaching careers.

You'll Need
Bachelor of Early Childhood or equivalent qualification (ACECQA approved).
Current NSW Working with Children Check and First Aid qualification.
Active accreditation with NSW Education Standards Authority (NESA).
