Chandler Macleod is seeking an experienced EL1 Project Manager to support our clients public key infrastructure (PKI) uplift.
You will lead delivery of a complex PKI project, ensuring high‑quality outcomes across planning, implementation, industry transition and stakeholder engagement. The role requires strong experience in digital authentication, ICT change management and large‑scale project delivery within a complex organisation.
Key Responsibilities
* Act as the primary business liaison for the uplift
* Manage engagement with solution providers, vendors, third‑party contractors and the client
* Lead deployment of new PKI certificates, including readiness and cutover planning
* Support industry transition, engaging with software vendors, health providers and stakeholders
* Manage project plans, schedules, risks, issues and governance in line with agency frameworks
* Provide advice and briefings to senior stakeholders and executives
* Support capability uplift and knowledge transfer to APS staff
* Contribute to future planning and continuous improvement initiatives.
About You
You will have:
* Proven experience delivering large, complex PKI projects
* At least 5 years’ experience in ICT system change management
* Strong knowledge of digital authentication in the health industry
* Demonstrated project management and stakeholder engagement skills
* Understanding of Gatekeeper Policy
* Ability to deliver outcomes in a fast‑paced, high‑impact environment.
