This role is instrumental in identifying, assessing, and maturing exploration and development opportunities across our operated and non-operated permit acreage.Key responsibilities:Identify and assess prospectivity using advanced geophysical techniquesDeliver high-quality seismic interpretation and depth conversion to support asset evaluationPrepare technical documentation, QI reports, and contribute to drilling planningInterpret 2D/3D seismic to assess and mature exploration and development opportunitiesDeliver robust subsurface evaluations using QI, depth conversion, and structural mappingSupport drilling planning and represent Amplitude in Joint Venture(JV) and stakeholder engagementsContribute to portfolio growth through technical excellence and commercial insightAbout You10+ years of experience in upstream geophysicsTertiary qualifications in Geophysics or GeologyProficient in industry standard tools (Petrel, DUG Insight, Petrosys, etc)Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally and build strong professional relationshipsStrong technical foundation in seismic interpretation, rock physics, and resource estimationExcellent communication skills and experience engaging with JV partners and regulatorsCollaborative mindset and a commitment to high technical standardsThis is a critical technical position offering the opportunity to contribute to strategic decision-making and long-term resource growth.About UsAmplitude Energy is proud to source, develop and produce domestic natural gas that will bridge the gap between renewable energy supply and consumer demand for Australia's energy future.
