Overview:
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a diverse portfolio of properties, ensuring efficient and effective facilities management. This role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement strategic plans to optimize lifecycle costs and achieve commercial targets
* Support the delivery of property asset management team's business plans and other strategic initiatives
* Analyze maintenance data and develop preventative maintenance schedules
* Monitor contractor performance and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards
* Assist with audits and inspections, and maintain accurate records
* Build and maintain positive relationships with stakeholders, including agencies, sub-contractors, suppliers, and consultants
Required Skills and Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, the candidate should possess:
* Strong project management skills, preferably with experience in facilities management
* Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
* Effective communication and interpersonal skills
* Able to work independently and as part of a team
* Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines
* Current driver's license
