Support at Home OT is an owner operated community occupational therapy service. We offer assessment services to home care clients across Adelaide and regional South Australia.
We service clients in the outer Northern suburbs and are looking for an OT to assist in covering this region (i.e. Gawler, Roseworthy, Angle Vale, Virginia).
This role is being offered on a contractor basis.
This opportunity would be well suited to an experienced OT who lives in one of these areas who is looking for a little more balance in their caseload and flexibility to build their own roster. The role is primarily home safety and equipment assessments for home care package clients (over 65) living at home. There is no NDIS component to this role.
The caseload is really rewarding and all reports able to be completed at home enabling additional flexibility.
There is no minimum commitment of hours - we will simply send you referrals in your area and you can either accept or decline. These referrals will include a provision for travel time so you will be paid to drive.
Our Clinical Lead OT is available for clinical support and all clinical resources to guide practice will be made available.
