About The Position
WorkPac are seeking an experienced Systems Lead Smart Completions to oversee the implementation and ongoing operation of the Smart Completions System across the Gladstone portfolio. This role will work closely with construction contractors, owners teams, and engineering stakeholders to ensure quality systems and processes are implemented consistently and effectively.
Key Responsibilities Include
Support the Project Lead in developing the Smart Completions System to reflect construction and commissioning requirementsAssist construction contractors and self-perform teams with implementation of QA processes and documentationWork closely with key engineering stakeholders, with a strong focus on D5 engineers supporting the tailings facilitiesUndertake site inspections to ensure system alignment and complianceTrack production, performance, and KPIs across assigned projectsIdentify, manage, and report on risks and opportunities associated with QA and completions activities
Skills & Experience Required
Proactive, efficient work ethic with a solutions-focused mindsetStrong planning, prioritisation, time management, and organisational skillsExcellent analytical and problem-solving capabilityStrong Microsoft Excel skillsHigh attention to detail, particularly with plan interpretation and construction designExcellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to manage sensitive and complex issuesHigh level of personal integrity and accountabilityExposure to complex, technically challenging projects, including tailings dam wall raises
