The Role
We're seeking a confident, hands-on Restaurant General Manager who thrives in high-paced environments where style, structure, and service matter. You'll bring your operational smarts, presence, and personal flair to every service, while working closely with key departments to grow the guest experience and help attract a discerning, prestige-driven crowd.
Key Responsibilities
Lead daily service with poise and consistency — especially during peak periods
Support, guide, and uplift the front-of-house and bar leadership team
Build meaningful guest relationships and maintain VIP rapport
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to drive bookings, brand visibility, and spend-per-head
Bring structure, accountability, and a sense of pride to the venue's daily rhythm
Champion the guest experience with thoughtful touches and consistent standards
