Position Overview:
We are seeking experienced Registered Nurses to join our dynamic and caring team at SCC Grafton NSW. As a Registered Nurse, you will play a critical role in ensuring the health and well-being of our residents and clients. You will provide expert nursing care, lead a team of dedicated care staff, and contribute to the overall quality of care delivery.
This is a part time and full-time role. The pay rate is at $40.67 - $51.27 (depending on experience) per hour plus not for profit benefits and superannuation.
The role is located at SCC Grafton: 126 North St, Grafton NSW 2460

Key Responsibilities:
* Assessing the health needs of residents and clients and developing care plans.
* Administering medications and treatments as prescribed.
* Supervising and mentoring Enrolled Nurses and Care Service Employees.
* Providing clinical leadership and promoting best practices in care delivery.
* Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to ensure holistic care.
* Monitoring and documenting residents' progress and maintaining accurate records.
Qualifications:
* Registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) as a Registered Nurse.
* Proven experience in aged care, clinical nursing, or a related field.
* Strong clinical and assessment skills.
* Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
* Compassion, empathy, and a commitment to delivering person-centered care.
* Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and evenings.
* Understanding of ANACC, including charting, assessments, documentation and funding submissions
