Job Description:
As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth through effective management and motivation of the sales staff. Your primary objective will be to deliver exceptional results by leveraging your leadership skills, expertise in timeshare/vacation ownership sales, and ability to build strong relationships with internal and external customers.
Key responsibilities include:
1. Delivering defined sales targets by supporting and motivating staff to achieve performance goals
2. Providing appropriate training, education, and performance monitoring for sales team members
3. Supporting marketing programs and educating sales staff on marketing strategies
4. Representing the company in an ethical, moral, and professional manner with adherence to industry and company best practices
5. Participating in management duties, training sessions, and sales meetings, providing on-site support to sales employees
6. Demonstrating integrity in all aspects of the position by doing the right thing, taking responsibility, and delivering on promises
