Job Summary
We are seeking a proactive professional to lead best practice records management principles, ensuring compliance with government standards and driving continuous improvement in our records systems.
This role will provide services for our recordkeeping program including Content Manager administration, technical support and training to staff at all levels, and assisting with records access and storage issues.
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in the administration of the Content Manager Electronic Document and Records Management System (EDRMS), understanding of government records management practices and standards, and a proactive attitude towards work with the ability to take initiative in foreseeing and resolving potential challenges.
Key responsibilities include:
* Managing content within the Content Manager system
* Providing technical support and training to staff
