Job Title: Membership Manager
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Membership Manager. This role will involve taking overall management of the member experience, leading a team of Member Support Consultants (MSC), and achieving sales targets.
About the Role:
* Manage the daily workflow of the club's MSC team to ensure the club reaches monthly sales targets
* Achieve individual monthly and annual sales targets to contribute to the success of the team
* Create a structure to ensure that the MSC team achieves their daily minimum performance criteria
* Assist with the delivery of sales training to develop the MSC team
* Ensure member retention and growth budgets are achieved on a monthly basis
About You:
* Demonstrate proven sales and customer service experience with a clear ability to hit KPIs
* Have an understanding of the cycle of selling and various sales techniques
* Prior experience of managing the customer journey to achieve successful customer outcomes
* Previous experience of managing and mentoring a team
