About the Role
Reporting directly to the Head of Retail, the National Retail Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales strategy, operational execution, and team performance across our national store network.
This is a hands-on, fast-paced role where you’ll be empowered to lead from the front, influence key business levers, and deliver real commercial outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead the national retail sales function, ensuring stores deliver to sales targets and performance benchmarks
* Drive a strong performance culture across regional and store teams through coaching, feedback, and clear accountability
* Partner with internal stakeholders to align retail with marketing, pricing, product and supply chain strategies
* Identify trends and opportunities across regions to maximise sales during both peak and off-peak periods
* Ensure labour compliance, store standards, and brand experience are consistently upheld
* Oversee recruitment and capability development for the regional retail team, building a pipeline of future leaders
* Report regularly to the Head of Retail and Directors on performance, risk and opportunities
