Job Description
We require 50 workers for fruit picking on a farm in Griffith, NSW.
The work includes harvesting of fruit and general maintenance duties.
Work will commence in December **** and continue for 3 years.
Successful candidates will be offered employment on a full-time basis and paid under the Horticulture Award ****.
Individuals must have a resilient attitude towards outdoor work, be capable of thriving in various weather conditions and be willing to accommodate flexible schedules, including weekends and early morning starts.
General hours of work are between 6am and 5pm.
Physical fitness is paramount, as tasks entail lifting, bending, and carrying heavy harvest buckets on uneven terrain.
You will also need to sustain positions like bending and squatting for extended periods throughout the day.
This job has opportunities for upskilling and training.
Workers must be able to pass a medical/drug test.
Candidates MUST have work rights in Australia.
