As a key player in our management team, you will be instrumental in driving your department's success and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
The Role
You will have a strong eye for detail, excellent communication skills, and experience in leading teams of 10-15 people or more. Your primary responsibility will be to manage, motivate, and develop your team in accordance with the company's standards and guidelines.
* Take ownership of your department's performance targets, and analyse efficiency to achieve the company's objectives.
* Drive sales and achieving KPI's for your department.
* Plan and manage the rosters for your team.
Additionally, you will maintain an up-to-date knowledge of products and promotions for your department.
