As a Marketing Coordinator, you will play a key role in bringing campaigns to life across digital, in-store and traditional channels. Coordinate timelines, support content and creative production, and collaborate with teams and agencies in a fast-paced retail environment.
Key Responsibilities
Campaign Coordination
* Support the delivery of integrated marketing campaigns, promotions, and events across digital and traditional channels.
* Coordinate campaign timelines, asset delivery, approvals, and distribution.
* Ensure marketing materials are produced accurately and in line with brand guidelines.
* Assist in the execution of Amart's promotional and trade calendar.
* Support the Head of Marketing Operations & Creative in implementing data‐led content and campaign plans.
* Assist with briefing and coordinating creative production including TV commercials, campaign shoots and graphic design assets.
Marketing Operations & Administration
* Maintain campaign timelines, project trackers and marketing asset libraries.
* Coordinate marketing approvals and internal communication of campaign activity.
* Process marketing invoices and purchase orders.
* Support the efficient day-to-day operations of the Marketing team.
Agency & Stakeholder Coordination
* Assist with briefing and coordinating work with creative, and production agencies.
* Collaborate with internal teams including media, merchandising, digital and design to support campaign delivery.
* Work closely with the Graphic Design team to ensure creative assets are briefed, delivered and implemented across channels.
Support alignment of marketing campaigns with in-store execution including collaboration with the Visual Merchandising team.
About You
Skills & Experience
* 1–2 years' experience in marketing coordination or administration.
* Strong organisational and time-management skills.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and/or marketing project management tools.
* Marketing or Communications qualification (completed or in progress).
* Experience in retail or fast-paced commercial environments.
