We are seeking skilled Food & Beverage Attendants who are baristas, bar tenders and table service wait staff, to join our professional conference & events team.RACV Royal Pines Resort is one of Australia\'s leading resorts in conference and events, hosting sporting groups, themed gala events and weddings.Our team deliver a high standard of customer service to guests with a friendly, positive 'can do\' attitude and a helpful approach.This could be just the right role for you?
In this role, you\'ll have the opportunity to experience working large and small conferences & events.
You will be adaptable, showcasing your customer service skill set, working behind the bar, waiting tables, pouring drinks or making coffees.
Your key responsibilities include:Greet & interact with guestsTable service - take orders, plate drop/clear and beverage service - wine, beer & spirit knowledge & serviceBar - set up, service & pack downBarista - coffee making & machine operationSet and clear tablesMenu knowledge & explanationPOS and cash handlingWhat you'll need to be successfulFull availability & flexibility to work 3+ shifts per week on a rotating roster.
Shift times range between 5am - midnight/2am, including weekdays, evenings, weekends & public holidaysPrevious food & beverage experience in a 4-5 star hotel/resort or similar customer service environmentBarista coffee making skills & experienceBar & beverage knowledge & experience pouring wine, beer & mixing drinksAbility to carry 3 plates and a tray of drinks for table serviceStrong verbal communication skills, including the ability to interact with guests well and to clearly explain food & beverage menusWork well in a team environment & can follow directionPassion for the hospitality industry & a desire to deliver 5 star customer serviceExcellent personal presentationWe are OfferingCompetitive hourly rate + penalties evenings, weekends & public holidays + superGenerous employee benefits & discounts on RACV products & resortsEmployee of the month award & recognition programsTraining and professional development for career growth opportunitiesUniformComplimentary parking onsiteThe RACV differenceBe part of a team who cares.
