Job Overview

* Effectively handle high-volume inbound calls in a dynamic and fast-paced setting.
* Process orders and quotes with accuracy and precision.
* Engage in face-to-face counter sales and develop strong relationships with customers.
* Identify opportunities to upsell in line with established Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
* Respond promptly to web chats and email inquiries.
* Assist management with general administrative duties and contribute to the success of the team.


Essential Qualifications

* Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy.
* Previous experience handling high-volume orders over the phone and via email.
* Self-motivation and a willingness to take on new challenges.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Able to thrive in a busy and supportive team environment.
* SAP experience is highly beneficial but not required.
