About the role
We're seeking a motivated and skilled Gardener to join our hardworking team at Jacob Hill Mowing in Dubbo, NSW. This full-time role involves maintaining the appearance of residential and commercial landscapes through a variety of gardening and lawn mowing tasks.
What you'll be doing
* Mowing, edging, and trimming lawns to maintain a neat and tidy appearance
* Pruning shrubs, trees, and hedges to shape and control growth
* Weeding and mulching garden beds
* Planting and maintaining flowers, plants, and other greenery
* Operating and maintaining gardening equipment and tools
* Providing excellent customer service to our residential and commercial clients
* Adhering to all safety procedures and environmental regulations
What we're looking for
* Previous experience in a gardening or lawn mowing role
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Good physical fitness and stamina to perform manual labour tasks
* Attention to detail and a commitment to high-quality work
* A positive, customer-focused attitude
* A valid driver's licence
