About the role
MSS Security is seeking a reliable Casual Retail Security Officers to join our team at Tweed Mall (Tweed Heads - NSW).
This position is an excellent opportunity for those with strong customer service skills to begin a career in security.
In this role, you will be responsible for conducting internal and external patrols, acting as the first point of contact for retail staff and customers, and providing a strong visible presence to deter and maintain a safe and secure environment.
Duties
* Maintain a strong, visible security presence to support retailers with loss prevention, safety, and asset protection.
* Respond rapidly and professionally to security incidents and elevate when needed.
* Provide excellent customer service and directions to customers as required.
* Observe and promptly report incidents, completing clear and accurate documentation.
* Perform routine patrols throughout the centre, both internally and externally, to maintain safety and security.
Requirements
* Full Australian Working Rights
* Current NSW Security Licence
* Certificate II in security operations (or higher)
* Driver's Licence
* Valid First Aid and CPR (or willing to obtain)
* The ability to work a 24*7 rotational roster, including weekends
