About the Role
* This position involves working closely with the Visual Merchandising Manager to plan and implement visual experiences that bring our brand direction to life.
* You will be responsible for creating merchandise displays that maximise sale opportunities for specific products or promotions, while maintaining fixtures and equipment in line with safety standards.
Key Responsibilities
1. Curate In-Store Experiences: Plan and implement visually appealing displays that showcase our products and promote sales.
2. Maintain Store Aesthetics: Ensure store fixtures and equipment are clean, well-maintained and meet safety standards.
3. Collaborate with Team Members: Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve business objectives and provide exceptional customer service.
4. Continuously Improve: Identify opportunities to improve store visual merchandising and implement changes to enhance the customer shopping experience.
