* Operational Oversight: Ensure effective systems, reporting, compliance and delivery against performance, budget and strategic targets.

The CMO will maintain a limited clinical practice to ensure continued connection to frontline care and inform executive decision‑making.

About You

You are a senior medical leader with a strong track record in complex healthcare environments and a deep commitment to patient safety, quality and workforce engagement.

You will bring:

* Registration as a Medical Practitioner in Australia or eligible for such registration and hold a specialist fellowship with a clinical specialist medical college.
* Postgraduate qualifications in leadership/management
