A Senior Trainer and Assessor in the Diploma of Nursing will be responsible for the ongoing development, improvement and delivery of the accredited Diploma of Nursing to students enrolled with Acknowledge Education. This role also includes the undertaking of a leadership position, providing guidance and mentorship to trainers and assessors.
Key Responsibilities include :
* Provide high quality teaching and academic support to students enrolled in the Diploma of Nursing.
* Design and lead industry consultation to ensure curriculum alignment with industry requirements.
* Develop, deliver and assess units of competency included in the training package for the Diploma of Nursing.
* Maintain accurate records of student contact, progress and assessment in accordance with the Acknowledge Education's policies and procedures.
About You
* Currently a Registered Nurse with no undertakings.
* Must hold a Bachelor of Nursing.
* Must hold a Certificate IV in Training and Assessment or equivalent OR a diploma OR higher-level qualification in adult education.
* Minimum two years of current and relevant professional experience in the nursing sector.
* Experience working with international students in the delivery and assessment of vocational education and training (desirable).
* Proficient in the use of learning management systems, such as Moodle (desirable).
