The role of Grower Relationship Manager is part of a dynamic team that actively promotes QSL’s sugar pricing and marketing offering. This role has a strong client relationship management, leadership and sales focus, with ongoing responsibilities to build enduring, trusted relationships with cane growers in the Burdekin. The Grower Relationship Manager will build knowledge and confidence in QSL’s products and service offerings and identify opportunities where QSL can facilitate and support grower success further and achieve meaningful and sustainable growth in tonnes under management. Success in the role sees QSL being regarded as the number one trusted marketing partner in the region and a global success story.
Reporting to the Manager - Grower Services, this position is ultimately responsible for;
* The development and implementation of sales and engagement plans to acquire new grower business and grow tonnes under management while retaining and growing existing relationships through superior client engagement strategies and managing growers’ needs in line with corporate objectives.
