Key Responsibilities:
1. Clinical Excellence: Provide expert clinical care, guidance, and education to patients in line with best practices and evidence-based guidelines.
2. Evaluation and Planning: Continuously assess and modify patient management plans to ensure effectiveness, efficiency, and quality.
3. Collaboration and Communication: Work effectively within a team environment to establish common goals, develop, and deliver comprehensive patient care.
4. Patient Engagement: Communicate effectively with patients and families to ensure understanding and incorporate their needs into treatment plans.
Required Qualifications:
* Tertiary qualifications in Occupational Therapy.
* AHPRA registration or willingness to attain it.
* Ability to travel intrastate and work flexible hours as needed.
* Knowledge of NDIS and participant-centered practices (desirable).
* Current driver's license.
* National Police Check (no older than 3 months).
* Working with Vulnerable People Card/NDIS Worker Screening Check.
