About the Role
Our client is seeking a confident and capable Senior Bookkeeper to take ownership of day-to-day finance operations across a growing group of property and construction entities. This newly created role offers variety, responsibility and exposure to premium development projects. Working closely with the CFO, you'll manage full‑function bookkeeping, payroll and supplier processes in a small, collaborative team environment.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage daily finance operations including AP, AR and payroll
* Enter invoices and progress claims into MYOB and project systems
* Prepare and process pay runs, applying award requirements
* Complete bank reconciliations and maintain accurate workpapers
* Support month-end tasks including supplier statements and cashflow
About You
* Proven experience in bookkeeping or finance roles
* Strong MYOB capability + intermediate Excel
* Able to quickly learn new systems (Procore experience ideal but not required)
* Confident communicator, practical problem solver, team-focused
* Highly organised with strong attention to detail
