The Sales Coordinator position is a multi-faceted role with an overarching focus: to help deliver high-value, game-changing results to our customers. As Sales Coordinator, you will report directly to the National Sales Operations Manager and support our Head Office Sales Team as well as State-based Territory Sales Managers to help execute our Brands' Campaigns and deliver sales targets. You will provide high level administrative sales support internally, ensuring compliance through process, and coordinating across all departments to deliver exceptional service to Consumers and Retailers. On a day-to-day basis, this position collaborates with functional group team members across Sales, Marketing and Logistics, and Retailer service.
This role is truly the linchpin for our internal and external sales teams. Your eye for detail is impeccable as you will be the pivot point for information flow from Sales Team to Retailer. To be a successful Sales Coordinator, you are highly organised, possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, and can think critically to problem solve on the fly. You demonstrate high-level computer skills and data integrity, competency with ERP and CRM systems, and Order Management software as well as experience with reporting and analysis.
**Your Responsibilities**
- Responsible for leading data/information updates within internal and third-party data systems; completes all inputs and coordinates cross-functionally to ensure accuracy.
- Process and facilitate Retailer orders by coordinating logístical execution.
- Effectively communicate sales objectives and priorities to the state-based sales teams.
- Supports New Retailer Account set-up to ensure timely completion.
- Coordinate and prepare selling materials and manage the field sales communication CRM.
- Assists in creating and sharing reports used to support business management, as well as drive continuous process and team improvements.
- Support Retailer replenishment sales by tracking order frequency and following up to maximise the execution of key selling periods.
- Supports on-going process improvements through analytics, bringing recommendations to sales ops leadership team as necessary.
**Requirements**:
- Proven experience as a sales coordinator or in other administrative positions will be considered of 3+ years.
- Excellent Excel skills for reporting and analysis.
- Experience with CRM, EDI and other order management systems is essential.
- Well-organised and responsible with an aptitude in problem-solving.
- The ability to multitask, work in a fast-paced environment, and meet deadlines.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- A team player with high level of dedication.
- A high-level eye for detail.
- Certification in sales, marketing or administration will be an asset
